See, Hear, Value campaign

We are excited to launch the See, Hear, Value campaign – supporting staff to engage with all students on placement and campus.

We will be holding a series of interactive events as part of this campaign. There are currently two pilot projects that provide the opportunity for staff and students to meet and have open, honest and respectful dialogue.

These are:

Our Listening Project, which is currently open to all undergraduate students and staff who work with students in the Faculty of Medicine or our local Trusts. To find out more and sign up to be involved visit the Our Listening Project page.

Reverse Mentoring, which is open to students with protected characteristics or from underrepresented backgrounds, and staff who work with students in the Faculty of Medicine. To find out more and sign up to be involved visit the Reverse Mentoring page.
