ASME Conference

The Faculty enjoyed fantastic representation at the national ASME (Association for the Study of Medical Education) conference in Birmingham this year with research from Staff, PhD, MMedSc and BMedSc projects being disseminated, and research from our graduates. Prof Sally Curtis was invited to deliver a keynote talk on class discrimination, presenting students’ experiences through their own words, as captured through the research of students at Southampton and nationally. Six students joined Sally to co-present, providing a unique and powerful presentation of the student voice on a national stage.
